Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at www.coralgablestreeservicepros.com or engaging our tree service professionals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Provided

Natura Coral Gables Tree Service provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary from estimates if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete work on the scheduled date. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to remove or protect any items that could be damaged during tree service operations. This includes vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and other personal property. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

You are responsible for identifying and marking underground utilities, irrigation systems, and other buried infrastructure before work begins. We will take reasonable precautions, but are not liable for damage to unmarked underground features.

Permits and Regulations

Certain tree work in Coral Gables may require permits from local authorities. While we can assist with permit applications, you are ultimately responsible for obtaining all necessary permits before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse service if required permits have not been obtained.

Liability and Insurance

Natura Coral Gables Tree Service carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We will provide proof of insurance upon request. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, tree work involves inherent risks. We are not liable for damage to lawns, landscaping, or other property features that may occur as a natural consequence of tree service operations, unless such damage results from negligence.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are provided on a best-effort basis. Response times may vary depending on weather conditions, demand, and crew availability. Emergency services may be subject to premium pricing due to the urgent nature and potential after-hours work required.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee the survival or future health of trees, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health and longevity. We do not warranty against natural events such as storms, disease, or pest infestations that may occur after service completion.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Natura Coral Gables Tree Service and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
